Restaurant Review: Michelin Starred 'Le Montagne'

The Michelin Guide is a series of annual guide books published by Michelin for over a dozen countries. In 1933 André Michelin and his brother Édouard Michelin introduced restaurant listings and the Michelin star system for food ranking. The guide awards one to three stars to a small number of restaurants of outstanding quality.

One star indicates a "very good cuisine in its category",
a two-star ranking represents "excellent cuisine, worth a detour,"
three stars are awarded to restaurants offering "exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey"

In this post I am sharing information and pictures from the one starred Michelin restaurant in Switzerland - Le Montagne. Quity cosy, silent and mostly in green colour. Food was really nice. I would advise you to taste risotto if you ever go there. They have the most tasty one I have ever tasted.

While sitting there I did not see any celebrity however, closer to 9pm a young guy looking like a professional football player came in with a middle aged man. What were they doing there? No, of course no. I am not paparazzi so no secrets like this in this blog. But let me confess, they made a very right decision to discuss a few million cost transfer exactly in that restaurant ;)

Cheeeeeese! :)

The cognac on the top is Louis XIII which costs 4000

Vegetable salad and Bitter (drink with a very strange taste)

Actually, this one could taste better
