Strawberry Cake or New Member of My 'Cooking Kingdom'

Everytime I am baking I am soo excited, can't explain! And this time baking with strawberries, whch means my pleasure is multiplied by two and added to 1000000...

They say:

"Happiness shared is multiplied and pain shared is divided"

Forget about second part I am sharing this happiness with you and running to watch a new movie I bought today.

For the dough:
100 g butter
100 g of sugar
2 eggs
350 g of flour
0.5 tsp of baking powder

For the filling:
500 g strawberries
80 g of butter
100 g of flour
1 sachet of vanilla sugar

For decoration:
powdered sugar


For the dough. Mix butter with sugar, add vanilla, stir and add one egg, mix well.

Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough.

Then roll out and put inside the shape to fit it (I have 24 cm) and pierce with a fork. I distributed in the shape fast and easy, no scraps ;)

Bake at 180 ° C for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing. Wash strawberries, dry and cut into 2 or 4 pieces.

Flour mixed with vanilla sugar, add butter and chopped with a knife to medium crumbs.

Cut cake to get out of the oven, put the strawberries and sprinkle with crumbs.

Bake for another 25-30 minutes until tender.

Let it cool down a little bit(preferably to room temperature, but I could not stand, strawberry smell =) Carefully remove from the shape and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
