Apple Cake Recipe



   From the start I must say that this cake does not look fabulous but it tastes perfect! Well, apples and honey can't taste bad anyway so don't worry, go wear your apron and let's get it started!


 

You will need

     200 g of liquid honey
     4 eggs
     200 g of flour
     150 grams of melted butter
     Baking powder (7 g)
     4 apples 

Peel the apples, cut in half. Put apples in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, if they are soft. If they are hard - for about five minutes. ( I did it the other way around as you see from the pictures, you better don't)

 


Sift flour, then mix it with baking powder. At the bottom of the shape put a foil (or baking paper.)

Brush the shape with butter. Then, well sprinkle the shape with flour and after that shake off the remains of flour.

Caramelize (pour on the hot pan, let boil and stir over high heat) 3 large tablespoons of honey and then pour into the shape. 

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Whip the remaining honey and four eggs, add flour and gradually pour in oil. Mix the dough well, to avoid lumps.

Carefully put the apples in the shape. Pour the dough over apples. 
 



Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put the shape and immediately reduce the heat to 180, for about 40 minutes. And it is ready.

  2. Cörəkçilik tozunu(baking powder) əlavə etdikdə elə olmur, sadəcə mən onu soda ilə əvəz etmişdim.
