Gloomy Day in Baku, Day-off and Everything in Between.

Well well well... Long time no see. I know that I have been a very very bad blogger these days with no new posts. Probably because of my work and lessons which I have afterwards I get too tired to sit and write anything.

Thanks to my hurting eye for a day off at home and this rainy weather for blogging mood. Strange but I like Baku in gloom. Now, what to do? Buy tons of sweets and sit with some magazines and Gossip Girl. Boring? Not at all. You should never be bored on your own.

Diet? What Diet?!


About Gossip Girl(GG) I am not even going to talk, getting angry with each episode. Why would Blair prefer someone but Chuck?

 Ahh anyway, I was much more pleased with ELLE June, Russia especially, with its four amazing recipes including soup with broccoli. 

Ingridients:
1 large head broccoli (750 g)
1 tablespoon of butter
1 small head of chopped onions
900 ml of chicken stock
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 h h of freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme
Pinch of ground nutmeg
and 125 ml ofcream

Cut the stem of broccoli then finely chop them. Divide the head into small florets.

Put the three-liter pot pa medium heat, melt butter in it. Put the onions and sauté, stirring often, about 5 minutes.

Add the broccoli florets and stalk, stock, the next 4 ingredients and 450 ml of water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Simmer 15 minutes.

Pour a small amount of broccoli soup in a blender. Make a puree.
Pour the puree into a bowl. Repeat the same operation with the remaining soup.

Wash the pan, pour  soup 
into it. Add the cream, heat the soup over medium heat, do not boil.
